Barbara Bicknell
Counsellor
I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor offering a safe, empathic and confidential space where you can explore any issues which are troubling you. I can help with a range of problems including anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, anger, depression, self-destructive behaviours, abuse, relationship issues and loss. Reaching out can feel uncomfortable, and takes courage, yet doing so is often the start of a journey to living a more fulfilled life and understanding your thoughts, feeling and past experiences better.
Therapeutic counselling can help bring personal awareness and balance to your life going forward. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where you can feel understood and comfortable to talk about painful issues, allowing you to work through any difficulties so that you may find solutions that are right for your personal growth.
I am also an experienced Bereavement Counsellor. Bereavement can lead to a range of overwhelming emotions, including feelings of sadness, denial, anger, anxiety, loneliness, and fatigue. The closer the relationship the more difficult it may be to adapt after the loss, be it a loved one, a pet, a job, a way of life, your health or culture. I support people during this painful period in their lives and work through the feelings connected to loss or grief. It is normal to experience a range of emotions but there’s no right or wrong way to grieve. Death can also challenge our fundamental beliefs and I can accompany people adjusting to life without their loved one or after a life event loss, including understanding the mourning process and beliefs around illness or mortality.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, holistic, relationship focused and Person Centred, both brief and longer term.

Decima Hendrick
Counsellor | Psychotherapist
We all struggle from time to time. Whether it’s something that’s going on for you currently or something you’ve potentially always found difficult, I believe we all have the ability to make changes (even if it doesn’t feel like it right now), especially when we are able to do that at a pace that works for us. Most importantly – you really don’t have to do it alone.
Whatever your reasons for seeking counselling, exploring your concerns confidentially with a supportive therapist can help to unravel and make sense of your feelings, helping you find your way forward. Our relationship is a huge part of that process and so I work to build a warm, trusting relationship from the beginning, offering a compassionate, non-judgemental space.
Each of us has our own set of unique life experiences and challenges, so as an integrative counsellor, I adapt my approach to your individual needs, weaving together several different theories and ways of working. As well as working with what is going on for you now, I also take a psychodynamic approach, where appropriate, which can help you recognise how your past experiences influence the here and now.
Finding the right therapist can be tricky; reading a profile and seeing a photograph can only give you so much. The best way to decide if we can work together is for us to meet, which is why I offer an initial no-obligation 20-minute session (online) at no charge.
To book that conversation please email me at decima.counselling@gmail.com
I work with adults of all ages and offer short or long-term therapy. We can talk about which is best for you when we meet. I have experience in a number of areas including anxiety, depression, low mood, self-esteem, confidence, relationships, and loss.

Irina O’Connell
Holistic Face & Body Therapist
I am a Holistic Face and Body massage therapist, a student of College Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and mum of three kids. After my third childbirth and related signs of aging I realized the importance of taking care of myself and my mental health. I immersed myself into holistic practices to help myself to recover mentally and physically. At this point alternative therapies became an essential part of my wellbeing journey. Acupuncture and Face massages had a huge positive impact on my health and became the main direction for further study and qualifications.
When I started my practice, I noticed the same good effect on the other women who tried face massage therapy. I believe that the healing touch of hands can naturally restore the mind and body. In combination with the most advanced manual techniques on the face, neck, shoulders, and scalp it brings emotional balance, visible rejuvenation effects and relaxation of the whole woman’s body.
I like to dive into and explore new experience so I am continuing my education and improving my skills to bring the most advanced techniques and diversity into my practice.
Following my passion and love of natural beauty and for the benefits of your skin I use only environmentally friendly organic skin care products.

Karen Allen-Jones
Registered Nutritional Therapist
I am a registered and qualified Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach. I specialise in helping people with digestive problems, such as IBS, SIBO, reflux, diarrhoea, constipation or bloating. Suffering with these debilitating conditions can lead to exhaustion, anxiety and sometimes agony. I support my clients to regain control over their digestive systems so that they can enjoy the pleasure of eating again without having to worry about how their body is going to react.
My mission when working with clients is to reconnect them with the enjoyment of meal times, to make them realise they are not alone or worthless, and that they can stop that downward spiral and constantly feeling unwell. Are you desperate to get things sorted and leave this burden behind you? I can help.
I started my health journey suffering with terrible immune and energy problems. In my early 30s, I was exhausted, had terrible digestive and allergy issues and was living on grab on the go food. I thought I had tried everything to get better but nothing worked and I was watching my quality of life spiral down. Finally seeing a Nutritional Therapist, I was able to find out that I had adrenal exhaustion, candida, parasites, leaky gut, countless food intolerances and a lowered immune system. Taking that step and changing my diet was the best thing to ever happen to me. This first-hand experience has led me to a lifelong passion for transforming the health of my clients. I enrolled at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition for a 3 year course and qualified with a DipION.
I am fully insured and registered with the British Association for Nutritional and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CHNC). I work with clients from all walks of life with a common goal, to improve their digestive health.
Mandy Rauff
Sports and Deep-Tissue Massage Therapist
I am a former teacher, swimming coach and international hockey player. I can relate first-hand to the strains and stresses of daily life as well as the toll sports can have on the body.
I have 11 years experience as a fully qualified personal trainer and more recently as a sports and deep-tissue massage therapist. My expertise lies in detecting postural imbalances that cause one-off or recurring aches and pains. I perform a range of movement assessments through joints to determine imbalances that can result in movement and muscle discomforts or pains/. This enables me to devise treatments tailor-made to your specific needs.
Combining my degree in Human Movement Science as well as Diplomas in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy, I can give you the best possible outcomes for your treatment. Together we will work on a plan to help you get back on track with a view to overall improvements in your physical health and well-being.
Massage is widely recognises as both a tool for relaxation and stress relief. It also alleviates pain, treats arthritis, bursitis, fatigue, high blood pressure, diabetes and depression, among other conditions. We should not under-estimate the impact of muscle and joint stresses on our health.
If you’re experiencing stress, muscle soreness or pain, then sports massage is definitely something to consider.
Nadine Fernandez
Master Reflexologist
I am so delighted to bring Reflexology To Reigate Natural Health. I continue to be amazed even after over 30 years of given treatments how fabulously the feet connect to the whole person and how working them therapeutically can make such a difference energetically, physically and emotionally.
It has been and is such a privilege to work with people in such a connected way and supporting them holistically through life’s highs and lows and everything in between. With so many years behind me I have worked with a huge variety of people, in a vast array of circumstances and situations. From the very young to the very old, seeking this treatment for a myriad of reasons.
I have taken Reflexology into Centres, including The East Surrey Macmillan Cancer Support Centre and The Recovery Centre in Knightsbridge, London. At the Recovery Centre my treatments complemented the work of medical doctors, psychotherapists, and other holistic therapists in helping people, including adolescents on their wellbeing journey.
My treatments have evolved over the years, including in length. I offer a 90 minute treatment which has very much become my ‘signature’ treatment. I find it allows more time for working especially deeply and therapeutically with the many layers and may encourage more ‘shifts’, release of emotional/physical tensions, in a single treatment.
Our feet are so small, but so vast …..as we are!
I also offer 60 minute treatments, a more traditional length of time with much to offer in itself and may suit some people better, including time wise.
I very much look forward to welcoming you at Reigate Natural Health!
Aside from loving my work, I am a mother to my gorgeous son who has just started university.
I find drawing to be a form of meditation and painting as a way to celebrate colour. I love walking in nature and am a big fan of 5 Rhythms dance!
I am a Lifetime Member of The Association of Reflexologists and a Member of The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

Samantha Hamilton Stent
Clinic Founder
Acupuncturist | Herbalist
I am the founder of Reigate Natural Health. It was born from my passion for natural health, individualised medicine and holistic care. I wanted to bring together expert practitioners in a variety of disclipines to offer a portfolio of approaches to health and well-being. I am an acupuncturist and herbalist by trade and practising acupuncture and Chinese medicine is one of the great joys in my life. I see every day the immediate and lasting effects this traditional medicine has on people’s lives and the difference it can make, in ways big and small. I have been in clinical practice as an acupuncturist for well over a decade and during that time I have been privileged to have worked with humans at every stage of life, from teeny tiny babies to people enjoying old, old age. To date my oldest patient has been 98 years and my youngest, just 6 days! I have worked with many patients facing huge health obstacles in my work running the acupuncture service at St Catherine’s hospice; I have worked with people who are fit and healthy and want to stay that way and everyone in between. I love to hear my patients’ stories and help them sometimes at the most vulnerable times of their lives. It is quite something to be allowed into people’s lives and to be part of their journey, whatever the destination.
I have a strong foundation in the academics of health by virtue of my first degree in health science and have been working in the research and delivery of health and medicine all my career. I toggle between both Eastern and Western medical systems with ease and this fluency enables me to work in partnership with western medical doctors and other Chinese medicine practitioners. In addition to my clinical work, I am a lecturer and faculty member at the Northern College of Acupuncture in York and teach undergraduate acupuncture students.
I have a busy and fun life outside of the clinic and am mum to two girls. I enjoy getting out and about in the countryside with my dogs and love writing.
Sian Morriss
Acupuncturist
I graduated in 2010 with a BSc in Acupuncture from the internationally renowned College of Integrated Chinese Medicine.
I specialise in the treatment of women’s health and have completed a postgraduate diploma in gynaecology, fertility and obstetrics.
Originally I come from a background in academia supporting Medical research in Internationally leading universities. I also lectured at the University of Reading and I am currently a Regional Support tutor to the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, supporting acupuncture student’s studies.
I have experienced the benefits of acupuncture firsthand. Treatment helped and left me feeling good. I was so impressed by the results I wanted to find out how it worked.
Chinese Medicine is a diagnostic system within itself. That means when you are treated by a Traditional Acupuncturist, they will diagnose your complaint according to Chinese Medicine. As a practitioner this provides the challenge of finding the root cause of the ailment through questioning the patient’s complaint and pulse and tongue diagnosis. This means I have to think and problem-solve. I enjoy that I am constantly learning and have the great pleasure of meeting many people from all walks of life while working to help them get well.
I have a young family and I love music. I play oboe, guitar and sing, having studied music and visual arts at Brighton University before becoming an acupuncturist. I also love traveling and meditation.
Susan Richardson
Holistic Therapist
Susan Richardson’s journey into bodywork began in childhood. Growing up in the 1960s and 1970s, before neurodiversity was widely understood, she faced unique challenges that later shaped her path towards healing and self-discovery. In her 40s, while studying to become a teacher, she discovered she had dyslexia, a revelation that illuminated a lifelong sense of being “different” and inspired her to pursue a deeper understanding of holistic health. As a child, she found grounding in gymnastics, which provided her with focus and calm—a foundation for her lifelong commitment to the mind-body connection.
Susan’s experiences have endowed her with an innate understanding of the powerful ties between body, breath, and mind. In her 30 years of practice, she has guided clients in finding relief from physical and emotional tensions through the art of conscious breathing, seamlessly blending breath work into her sessions. Breath, in her view, is one of the most direct and impactful tools we must calm, release, and heal. By breathing fully and intentionally, we can unlock areas of the body and mind that hold tension and stress, creating space for healing and balance.
Throughout her career, Susan has studied with leaders in holistic health, including Thomas Attlee, founder of CCST Cranio-Sacral Therapy; Thomas Myers of Anatomy Trains; Gary Carter, a master of anatomy and movement therapies; Brandon Bays, whose self-inquiry work deepened her understanding of healing; and Katy Bowman, a pioneer in biomechanics. These mentors have inspired her unique approach, which centres breath work as a foundation for all her techniques.
Susan is also trained in Scaravelli-Inspired Yoga, which guides clients through moving in waves and spirals, encouraging a slow and safe release of tension. This practice emphasises a strong connection with the feet, helping clients feel more centred and grounded. The gentle yet profound approach of Scaravelli yoga complements her holistic philosophy, allowing clients to experience a deeply integrative form of movement and release.
In addition to offering personalised sessions, Susan also provides training courses for those interested in deepening their understanding of the mind-body connection, fascia health, yoga, and massage techniques. These courses cover practical skills and theoretical insights, equipping students to use integrative approaches to foster balance and well-being in their own practices.
In each session, Susan combines her training and experience with an intuitive, personalised approach, trusting the breath to guide the process. Her techniques include myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, Thai massage, and more, with breath work at the heart of every modality she practises. She incorporates long, deep breaths to encourage release in tight areas, helping clients move past holding patterns and reconnect with the natural rhythm of their own breathing.
Susan’s focus is to create a safe, nurturing space where clients can experience the calming, restorative power of mindful breath work, finding greater peace, acceptance, and balance. By guiding clients to breathe deeply, she helps them release trauma, ease chronic tension, and awaken the body’s natural flow of energy.
With her background in biology, psychology, fascia health, movement, and the interplay of environmental factors, Susan’s sessions allow clients to rediscover ease and freedom in movement. Her aim is to help each client embrace their breath as an essential tool for ongoing healing. She provides insights and practical advice on using breath to support emotional and physical well-being, giving clients the tools to carry the benefits of each session into their everyday lives.
